AT NETWORK IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING A PART-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO
ASSIST A MAN WITH A DISABILITY TO LIVE AN INDEPENDENT LIFE.

?iseanna Taca?ochta (?T Network) provides leadership and support to
people with disabilities to live with the independence, choice and
freedom they are entitled to.

The Personal Assistant is required to assist a man with a physical
disability in all aspect of daily living. The successful candidate
will receive training and development in line with the role. This role
is suitable for highly motivated and reliable individual who is
committed to providing care and supporting someone to live an
independent life in their community.

Whilst your employment will lie with the AT Network you will work
directly for the person. We act as intermediary between our members
and the Health Service Executive (HSE).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

POSITION - Personal Assistant (**Apply on the website** hours per

LOCATION - Rathfarnham
SALARY - ?**Apply on the website** per hour

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Providing personal care to the individual.
* Assistance to appointments and social activities.
* Providing support to the individual such as helping with domestic
and other everyday tasks.
* To undertake other work that may be assigned from time to time.

DESIRABLE FOR THE ROLE:

* FETAC Level 5 in Health Care
* An understanding of Independent Living.
* Experience of working with someone with a disability is
advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

* Patience, confidentiality, trustworthiness and a sense of humour
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly organised
* Good understanding of hygiene and food hygiene
